The aim of our consultancy service is to transform our client’s IT function from a cost centre into a genuine business enabler. The service also focuses on deriving the maximum possible return on investment in IT while ensuring the systems and processes are aligned to core business objectives.
We do this by assessing the client’s existing systems, infrastructure processes, staffing levels, skill sets and service delivery capabilities, including third party services. These are then measured against both current and any proposed future business needs.
Taking into account previous and existing investment in IT, the findings are then discussed with the client and, where required, recommendations for change are made and an outline plan provided.
