This service can be delivered either remotely or on client premises and is designed to pre-empt and resolve IT problems both quickly and efficiently. Regardless of whether the Support Desk is an EVAK managed service, a third party service or delivered by a client’s in-house IT team, our Desk-side Support Service is designed to provide a natural extension to either. For speed and service level reasons Desk-side Support is predominantly an on-site service, but where preferred or more appropriate to the client’s environment, EVAK is happy to provide the service remotely on an on-call basis. Data Centre & Server System Support
Complimenting and working with whatever support desk service is in place, EVAK is able to manage our client’s Server Systems in their own in-house data centre or server room. This service can be delivered with the use of on-site based resource or on an on-call basis, depending upon the client environment and the service levels required.
By providing the appropriate levels of expertise, skill and experience, this service is designed to ensure the smooth running of our client’s server infrastructure and protect their business from the impact of unplanned downtime and delayed fault resolution. As with all EVAK Managed Services, our aim is provide the client with peace of mind, whilst freeing up key staff from the day-to-day issues of IT allowing them to focus on their core business.
Hardware Break / Fix Services
The impact on a business and the subsequent cost of hardware failure can be substantial. Often manufacturer warranties do not meet the needs of the business and therefore EVAK offers our clients the peace of mind of a tailored Managed Hardware Break / Fix Service. Depending on the service levels required, the service can be delivered by a dedicated on-site team or on a remote on-call basis. The service levels can be specific to different types of hardware or indeed to different levels of criticality.
